Returns and refunds
A. Change of mind
The Client has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return, at his expense, and under his responsibility, the ordered Product(s), without having to justify it.
The product(s) must be sent back to the Playtex company in perfect condition, in their original packaging(s) and labels. The product(s) must have been purchased on the site www.playtex.eu. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, used or dirty will not be refunded. Accessories that are an integral part of the final product, such as travel bags, must also be returned. A return can not be accepted, if the bag / accessory is missing.
The return can only be done by mail.
The Customer must return the product(s) at their expense to our warehouse in France, following the instructions available in the "my returns" section of their account.
If all the above conditions are met, Playtex will reimburse the Customer for the total amount paid by the Customer when placing the order, including the initial delivery charge if it is a return of the entire order. Playtex will reimburse within a maximum period of 14 calendar days following reception of the returned products. The effective date of the credit in the client's account may vary according to the client's banking contract.
In accordance with article 3 .C of the GTC, Playtex will credit the credit card used for the purchase, indicating to its supplier the information related to the order number.
It is the client's responsibility to keep any evidence of this return. Therefore, the customer is strongly advised to return the products by certified mail or by any other means that indicates a specific date.
There will be no exchange of purchases made online.
B. Product(s) not compliant with the order or defective
In case of non-conforming or defective products, you are invited to contact the customer service.
Product(s) received that are not in compliance with the order or that are defective must be returned to the Playtex company in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivered accessories (strap, bags, etc.). The Product(s) must have been purchased on the site www.playtex.eu. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, used or dirty will not be refunded. Accessories that are an integral part of the finished product, such as overnight bags, must also be returned. A return can not be accepted, if the bag / accessory is missing.
The costs of returning the product(s) are the responsibility of Playtex.
It is the client's responsibility to keep any evidence of their return.
If all of the above conditions are met, Playtex will reimburse the Customer for the total amount of the returned Products and the initial delivery charges within 14 calendar days after reception of the returned products. The effective date of the credit in the client's account may vary according to the client's banking contract.
